Cancellation and Refund Policy

CreatrSpace sells digital access to its creator tools through its paid plans, with current prices shown in the app before you pay. Each payment buys 30 days of access. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew on their own. We never charge your card, UPI or bank account again unless you choose to pay for another month on the Plans page. When your 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free features.

Cancellation

• Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
• If you want to stop using CreatrSpace altogether, you can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Paid time left on a deleted account is not refunded except as described below.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if, within 7 days of the payment:

• you were charged but your plan was not activated;
• you were charged twice for the same plan and period;
• a technical fault on our side kept you from using the paid features, and we couldn't fix it within 48 hours of your report; or
• you're paying for the first time and the plan isn't what you expected (one first-time refund per person).

Outside these cases, payments for a 30-day period that has already started are not refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused days.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@creatrspace.com from the email on your account, with the subject "Refund" and the payment id or date. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking or wallet) through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

Failed or incomplete payments

If money left your account but the payment failed or wasn't confirmed, Razorpay and your bank reverse it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it hasn't come back by then, email us and we'll chase it.
